Engine sounds like it is going to stall out
Every so other time I start my truck it sounds like it is about to stall out. So I changed the fuel filter on the chassis underneath the driver side. After that the truck started fine for a little while and then it started to act up again. What can be the problem? I narrowed it down to some parts but I'm not sure it would be the problem.

I'm having the same problem on my 98 F150. I thought something was wrong with the oil and gas distribution so i had an oil change and poured a gas cleaner/filter into the gas tank to clean out the engine. it stopped for about a month or so and just the other day it did it again.
Any help would be great..
