Default Engine Oil Leak

‘01 5.4 113k. Oil in drivers side of engine valley under intake. Hard to see where it’s coming from. I washed Engine when there was about maybe a 1/8” deep puddle in front of vertical bolt in Valley of Engine ( What is that bolt for). Now a week later and 200 mi it’s wet again.

Sure its not coolant? The heater hard line running under the intake likes to leak where it connects to the water pump.

The vertical bolt is for your knock sensor.

This is first, IF it ain't coolant... subscribed...A wicked head gasket leak maybe? Nothing else comes to mind.
