i have a 98 f150 4.6l 174,000km, i was driving down the road a couple days ago and notice that my check engine light came on. So i drove down to my buddies to talk a look at what it was, i was a little confused because it runs like a champ.while i was looking around i noticed what seemed to be a leak in the manifold, a pretty big one, on closer inspection i noticed that at where the manifold meets the collector to connect with the downpipe , one of the bolts was completly snapped and u could wiggle the whole downpipe back and forth, so with the o2 sensor right underneath im thinking thats the reason my check engine light went on because its a prety hefty leak.just wondering if anyone else has had this happen to them
