Default Engine Clicking

i have a 2003 f150, 4.6 liter, 2 wheel drive. ive recently noticed that sometimes when i start my truck up there is a ticking coming from the engine. but after i drive around a bit the noise seems to go away, and it doesnt happen everytime i start my truck either. any ideas as to what this may be?

Usually its the manifold. My 99 did that. I installed some headers...clicking went away.
