Well it takes a set of heads to make a custom exhaust manifold. Been waiting on them from Trick Flow for about 3 months now. Keep geeting news they have shipped, but never received them. Contacted them today with no response. Apparently they are on a 4 month back order or some crap.

Still need an accufab/cobra throttle body, to weld up intake hat, run -8 fuel lines, metco fuel rails, and some mandrel bend pipes. As for the boost part, all I need are gauges and blow-off valves.

Moreover, onces the heads get here I can start building again. Plus Im waiting on two new driveshafts. I start my doctorate in August, so this **** better get here in a hurry.

Btw. Do you have any Plasma Sytheic rope laying around? My neighbor actually gave it to me, so I was pretty excited. He's a miner, so they use to pull 777 haulers out with D10's so im pretty confident its not gonna break lol

Lol there was a nice set of tf hrads for sale on lr recently. Who did you order thru? Is this a mfg backorder deal? I may secure some 38cc ones in a month and they will probably arrive when i need a new engine lol

And whats up with the fireworks? Is that part of your vehicle recovery kit?

Destroyed several vac lines and fiddling with the egr pipe made the exhaust leak unbearably loud. Oh well, looks like header time

Meh, doesn't sound like too bad a deal. But have fun with the header bolts. That **** was worse than the supercharger install. I was down for like at least a week and had to get my truck towed to remove a buried stud flush in the head. Both sound is def worth it. The OBX longtubes were a nice system IMO. Easy fitment.

That's what I was planning on. I have a good mechanic that removed my passenger side and drilled and weld all the studs out and installed the new set for only $125 so I'm set
