Hey ibd2328 fordmotorsports how much work needs to be done to make good reliable power from a 5.4 2v? Just curious what should be done and what kind of numbers to look at getting when all is said and done.

N/a or with a blower?
My truck after swapped was around 410/500(at the crank) and it was reliable. Any combo can be made reliable through the right tune with the proper supporting mods. My setup was on a stock engine with 160, ooo miles...it ran great.
