I'm an ebay nut....been using it for a couple years now and haven't had a problem. Always read what shape its in before you bid, or ask seller a question about the condition and terms for returns.
Matter of fact I just picked up a Cobra 29 xlt cb radio for 40 bucks last week, now all I gotta do is find me a antenna cheap.

Ive never been stiffed by a seller or disappointed by my purchases. I only buy from well-rated sellers and carefully evaluate both the project description and whether the price is in a realistic range. I have shied away from offerings that were unrealistically low priced and from those that wanted to make transactions through sketchy escrow companies.

I ordered ford oem rotors they claimed as new, they machined them to look new and even bagged them like new. Also they were worped at one time. And this is from a person with 100% feed back. He didnt get away with it this time.

In my experience, make sure they are located in the USA if possible. I bought a bluetooth headset off ebay and they were located in Hong Kong or something and when I got it the headset didn't work. I didn't pay alot for it and just absorbed the loss cause it probably would have been a major pain and cost alot to send it back
