Some people have this theory and some scientific BS that equalizing is the best thing to do but I don't see how it would make a difference with sound

I went to a shop and asked them how much it would cost to have them just do the driver side and patch the passenger side since I want the cross pipe taken out... They said $300... So maybe sombody knows of where they have a in front of the tire dual kit pre made...
