Best way to replace wiper motor and transmissionassembly
My wiper motor is just about gone and is grinding pretty bad. I think the motor is weak and the linkage is grinding. I've heard these are a pain to change but anybody done this and know the best way?

Yes. You can remove the plastic facade and pull the whole transmission out near the driver corner of the windshield. Just take your time and it comes out without too much trouble.
