Default Door Light Bulb Socket

Is there a quick fix for a light bulb sock that only temporarily holds the bulb? The passenger's side , the bulb sort of clicks in if you push it hard enough, The driver's side doesn't. Is there a way to bend one of the contacts so that I can rejuvenate it?

Yeah, I've taken a small pair of needle nose and "tighten" the socket posts.

I I presume you remove the battery terminals so you didn't get shocked? Or would you not be getting shocked anyways because you're grounded?
