Are these whale farts a common problem with this generation f150 ? I wonder if South Main Auto has a video on it yet ?

Eric (SMA) posted a video of a 2003 this morning..... vacuum problems with the HVAC. Haven't had time to watch the whole deal though.....

Well, I know it's a normal a F-bodily function. AFA these trucks, they can spout off through either the PCV while running or EVR promptly after shut down. The EVR has been known to play a tune for as much as 15 seconds.

Anyway, the EVR sound is normal, but the PCV is not,- too restrictive and you either need a Motorcraft part in place of the knock-off or a new Motorcraft PCV valve.
