I have read that the following information obtained from an OBDII Scan Tool will tell you which Cat is history.... Unfortunately I do not know how to decipher it. Can you guys help me?

P.S. This truck also has code P0401 thrown. Early in the AM I am going to pull the upper plenum off to clean the EGR ports. I also read on this forum that the clogged EGR port could be causing the Cat code to throw. Is there any truth to that??
