Exclamation Desperate need of IMMEDIATE HELP!

Hey everyone, I'm new here so first off, just wanted to introduce myself. Name is Dustin, live in Oklahoma, 36 and currently have a 2001 F150 XLT 5.4 Triton 2Valve. I love the feeling of working on cars and the gratification when getting my hands dirty. I'm a DIY "shade tree mechanic" with limited experience but am VERY quick to pick up and mechanically inclined naturally.
That being said, I need some help and FAST for many reasons but the biggest one being, my truck is legit all I really have right now and the city I live in is going to tow it out of my parents driveway on Monday if it's not running and operational. So any magic geenies, advice and/or answers are needed and appreciated! So the truck crapped out on me a few months ago. Before that it was a GREAT truck. I'm not even sure what really happened but whatever it was started a sh**show to say the least. Long story short, I've essentially rebuilt the whole engine at this point. I FINALLY get it all wrapped up this evening and go to start it with my fingers crossed and after about 30 seconds of already anticipated struggle, it fired up! Sounded strong too. BUT less than a minute later I heard some sort of noise and it died. Won't start again. I've put SOO MANY HOURS into this truck and it's cost me over twice what I paid for it so far. I have no other option due to life sh**ting on me right now and life-ing the hell out of me lol plus I'm not one to feel defeated by an inanimate object. Here's a list of what all I have done/replaced in the last 4 months.

-New Fuel Pump and hoses going directly to the tank. Also drained and thoroughly cleaned out the tank before reinstalling.
-New Starter, Selenoid, Battery Wiring Harness and Battery
-Refurbished the Alternator and wires to selenoid.
-New Intake Manifold and gaskets
-Most ALL sensors are brand new
-New Water Pump, Oil Pump,Timing Chains and guards
-New valves, Rocker Arms with seals
-New Head Gasket and Valve Cover Gasket
-New Serpentine Belt
-Heads were removed, cleaned and reinstalled
-COMPLETE flush of block and radiator including sucking every drop from both and allowing weeks to dry before refilling
-ALL connectors/harnesses that needed to be replaced were and if not each plug was taken apart correctly, blown out and put back together.
-New fuel hoses throughout but not the aluminium lines.
-New gaskets on EVERYTHING and torqued to spec.

That's all I can think of right now but I believe that's it. So.....Any thoughts, ideas, help?! I can't lose this truck and I've got ONLY 3 days to get it going before I do. Thanks in advance for any and everything.

That doesn't provide much info. You've touched everything so the problem could be anything.

Does it crank? What's the fuel pressure? Do you have spark ?

Folks will need more basic info.....

I don't know what the fuel pressure is at but I know I've got pressure and the pump is sending fuel. It does have spark and it cranks but won't turn over.

If it has fuel, spark, air and compression and it won't fire up then likely a timing related problem.

If you don’t have the right pressure (30-45 PSI?), then that doesn’t mean a thing.

get a fuel pressure gauge on the rail. I had a bad pump out of the box from advanced it was only making like 28psi. I pressed the Schrader valve on the rail, fuel shot out and i thought "yeah i have fuel" only to find not enough to keep the truck running

Are you CERTAIN you assembled the DRIVERS side timing chain GUIDE on the DRIVERS side?
There is a difference.
The guides look the same but are different and it will run for awhile but will eventually fail.
Only way to find out is remove the timing chain cover and check.
