"Demon Eyes"

No, I painted the shield first before putting them in the housing, then the housing itself PTM (with the shroud in the trim color). The pic above was during test fitting before I got the paint for the housing. This is how they look now: Passive demon eyes are harder to see, you need to be at the right angle to see it, especially the black. I need to get a better pic but it has been cloudy for the past 10 days or so. Here is a pic of Jabraun98's, you can see the interior is more silver since it is magnifying the silver shield. You can paint them any color (with hight temp paint) to get passive colors and be legal.

Looking for a Henway.

So what all do you plan on doing then? Demon eyes (active and passive?), PTM housing, halos?
No where near that needed for a retrofit. $400-450 to do it yourself.
Buckshot, those brackets just don't look right installed. For $40 I would want brackets that you don't have to bend to make them fit.
From the companies install instructions, looks like the bracket used to be made of plastic. I would write them with pics to see what they say.
O do agree is it better than gluing them on and having to risk the glue failing.
Also, how much does the assembly change the output of the HID? I can see this mayve decreasing the foreground lighting a little, but probably not enough to make a real difference.
Sorry for getting a little OT before.

I cannot tell a difference in light output. When the demon eyes are on the hid greatly overpower the small led. You can not tell led is even on. It's outside the projector so it's not interfering with the light output of the hid when it's off.
