Crack in both Exhaust Manifolds, should i fix it now?

It almost sounds like a valve pinging, getting faster as you accelerate
But when the Crack is small,the noise is away above 2000rmp

at my truck i only here it SOMETIMES at idle very weak.
and always during acceleration FROM idle up to 1500 rpm.
a weak pfpfpfpf which gets weaker 1-2 seconds.

i have heard it much more loud at othe Cars with untight Gasket or Hole after the Manifold.

My Question is, is there an acute danger for my Fuel-to-Fun Converter (engine).
(Lambda is not that Problem, it could be that the ECU injects more Fuel, maybe, thats keeping the Valves cold.)
