Ok thanks, I'll check the parking brakes. And it was me who said the flush was bad because that's what I've read a lot, he said it would be fine as long as the fluid is clean which it was. Also the fluid was a little low but it got topped off so I'll see if helps at all. Thanks guys

So I put some lubegard in to see if that helps because that was recommended by a couple people but I also wanted to explore the possibility of a misfire. I had my friend check my truck with his scanner and he didn't find anything. There was no check engine light in the first place but he also checked pending codes and there were none; could it still be a misfire even though it hasn't tripped anything in the computer? As far as I know the truck hasn't had new plugs or anything, unless it was done by the po but I don't think it was but it definitely hasn't had anything done since I got it at 94k.

Idk I'm not too keen on the flushes. The original trans in my truck like 3 days after I got it flushed. It had 60k on it. Honestly, I think it was going anyway. I'm jus gonna have the fluid changed and filter changed every 15k. I wouldn't do a flush, I'm pretty sure it sped up my old tran's demise.

I just wanted to give an update-I put new sparkplugs in motorcraft platnums. The old plugs look like they were the original plugs and were pretty bad. So after the new ones were put in I haven't felt the shudder or anything and it's been a few days so I think that solved my problem. The problem had gotten to the point where the shudder happened at any speed and more often. I had no check engine light or anything but I think that it was definitely a misfire so if anyone has a similar problem I would defiantly suggest doing the plugs.

Your torque converter is sealed. You can go ahead and do a pan drop if you want. Personally I wouldn't' get a flush/exchange.

Gawl dang I shoulda be been a mechanic. I can diagnose the truck from across the internet even when I'm missing critical information.
