Default Fuel Issues with 03 King Ranch

I have a 2003 F150 King Ranch. About two months ago, I started having issues with the truck starting. It will start just fine if the truck is either level or on a down hill pitch. If the truck is on an uphill slant (engine higher than the gas tank) then it doesn't want to start. I have to open the air intake and spray some starter fluid in to get it to fire up.

I changed the fuel filter and then the fuel pump. All was well until earlier this week, when the problem returned even worse than before. I'm not really sure where to look next. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Im not sure if this will help at all but have you tried reseting your fuel pump? There should be a switch behind kicker panel on passenger side inside the cab. Hmm basically you dont have enough fuel pressure when its slanted.
What happens when engine is lower than the gas tank?

When the engine is lower than the tank, it fires right up. I have not tried resetting the pump. I'll give it a shot.

Checked the fuel pump inertia switch. It checked out good. Issue still persists.

Hmm, it's gonna be something with fuel pressure, did you take it to the dealer yet? Would'nt hurt the truck, probably your wallet haha
