They make the same type as the arrow lights you guys posted, that go behind the mirror and shine thru. They are very cool and cost about $16 on Amazon. You can get the red, yellow or blue and they don't stick on the face of the mirror. It's like the brand new vehicles, and completely out of site. There are the side lights available to add on your mirrors also. Just a thought.

In the spot that literally looks like it is a cutout for this thing. Sorry about the mud on the mirror.

Again. Amazon has your mirror type lights. Type in "turn signal mirror lights" and there are numerous ones that go either on the mirror, thru the mirror (drilled) or stick on styles. There is one that looks exactly like it would fit to that mirror. Check it out.

I can pop that piece out, so molding a cover wouldn't be all that difficult. I just don't know how to. Any suggestions?

Well if you could find some plastic that's not real thick but not very thin either you could get it hot and mold it over the piece. Or I'm pretty sure there's a way to melt down plastic so you could pour it over the piece. If I had the part I would probably be experimenting.

SCORE!! Kind of...

The picture is from a 05 Dodge and the type of mirror is made by Mopar(I found it by typing in tow mirror light, go figure it was on the very first page... WTF!?). From what I've gathered from it is that they are just a running light, not a blinker but could not find a part number or anything. I tried looking on Mopar's website but the phone doing all that sucks... Ill check more into it tomorrow. There's hope! Haha
