OK so it sounds good but...

Its buzzing right of idle and when I turn the wheel etc. I dont see anything touching. Is there a heat shield somewhere that might be the culprit?

You might have one pipe rattling inside another. Make sure the clamps are tight. If you used U-bolt clamps (we did) you have to snug them down good. Do it again after a couple heat cycles.

These are pretty decent clamps by Walker. These are what I am using on mine.

This is the Flowaster HP2 that's going in there. Just need to do some modification for the offset.

I broke down and called around and had a shop weld it up for me. Decided that I didnt want to take the time to get the parts. 4 little ones at home eat up my time.

Serves me right I guess because now its rattling. Suppose I could let the monkeys at the shop adjust it.

yeah there are a lot of cheapo clamps out there. I'm using the Salvo Auto POS Ubolt clamps and they are horrible. The stainless steel turned brown after 3 days on the truck. I'll be replacing them with some band clamps soonish.

Glad you like the sound though! You dont have a resonator in your gen truck which makes it sound a little bit different from say the 12 gen trucks. Glad you like it though!

Got the rattle fixed. The heat shield around the lower cat was loose. I ran up to parts store and replaced it. Much better.
Truck is sounding sweet. Thanks again everyone for their help. I recommend straight pipe muffler delete to anyone on the fence about it. Its excellent.
