Dude this has got to be the most frustrating thing that I ever did to my truck. 1 1/16ths wrench after losts of PB Blaster is what I used it too me 4 hours of soaking and using compressed air to force the PB up into the threads. I also had the bolts break that go to the throttle body so that too was fun. I ended up buying a new throttle body and all new hardware. Also I got a new EGR tube. When you put it back together get some good anti-seize and some high temp grease mix it together and apply it very liberally to all the hardware. You might also look at removing the tube from the stock manifold it might make it easier on ya.
