Vibration in idle

Vibration in idle
I put a new motor in my truck a few months back, and had a few problems. Everything was fine except I stripped one of the studs on the torque converter through the flex plate. So I replaced the torque converter. When I was replacing it, I tried putting a jack and a piece of wood on the motor to support it, and didn't line it up right and blew a hole through the oil pan. It hit into the bottom of the motor and bent the oil pickup tube and the oil pan baffle. I replaced the baffle, tube, and oil pan and put it all back together.
Once I started it I noticed a vibration. I really feel it in the steering wheel. It's not insanely bad, but bad enough where it shouldn't be there. I figured that the motor got pushed up enough to damage the mounts, so I replaced them. It's still there.
So, any ideas what it could be? It only vibrates around 650rpms to somewhere around 850-1000 before it goes away. So in idle, in gear, it vibrates. Could I have done more damage to the motor than I thought? (runs fine, hasn't had any other problems). Or maybe the reman'd torque converter is faulty?? I don't know too much about transmissions so I can't really point at that myself.
Any help is appreciated as I would really like to figure this out. I never noticed had the vibration before the oil pan incident and new torque converter, but I never started it after the oil pan deal without the new converter so I can't say which thing may have started it.
Thanks!
Corey.

Only thing I hear is some of the dash vibrating sometimes. Only place I really notice it is when my hands are on the steering wheel.
It's also only in gear, (not park or neutral since the rpms go up to around 800 in P and N), but it vibrates at idle (600-800 rpms) Once I start moving and the rpms are above 800 it's smooth again.

Sounds normal to me... Just a slight shudder only in gear cuz of the low idle? ? you sure yer senses aren't just tuning in on something small that may have been there before cuz there was a lot that could go wrong with the unexpected damage so your expecting it or waiting for it?
