Wheel fitment conundrum

Wheel fitment conundrum
Amazon swears this won’t fit my 2000 lariat scab 4x4, can anyone confirm? The bolt pattern is right and I was convinced you could run 16’s without having clearance issues (unlike 15’s). I am tempted to order them anyway because of the price but I’d like to know if their is some other reason I’m missing as to why they ‘wouldn’t’ fit?

I'd contact ION. Could it be because these wheels aren't rated for LT's? Similar to what tires are rated for. I've seen a lot of car tires on trucks and just because they fit doesn't make it right.

Im with River. Talk to Ion or go to their site and verify a part number for the exact wheel you want. A 16x8 with a -5mm offset will fit but that wheel may have the wrong center bore that would make it impossible to fit without machining.

Now an XLT in Colorado
You probably selected the Lariat trim, which cane with 17" wheels. If you select "XLT," I'll bet it changes to "fits."

Considering the same looking wheel has two different numbers, I'd make sure you're not mixing wheels here, 171 and 174. I say that because this wheel isn't listed by ION in 17" but the 174 is which is an alloy wheel. This apparently isn't. At least they don't say so and the rim\bead is different between the two wheels.
Also, Amazon may not carry every wheel available.

It doesn't make sense. According to ION this wheel is only available 16x10, no 16x8 and it's not available in 17". The backspace is different also.
You should still make that call to ION.
