Ceramics are the worst thing you can use on these trucks. They cause unneeded heat in the calipers and rotors. It destroys the seals in the calipers. Big deal they dont dust as bad.. Quit being lazy and clean your truck more often.

LOL.... My old Raybestos pads were getting dust on the wheels in just a couple days.

However, that's what my point is with what I've been saying. I'd rather deal with the dust and have good brakes.

Agreed. Is that why they use to deform like they did? Huh, I haven't put that one together yet...makes sense!

Crazy, have you used the Yellows yet. Didn't you get Yellow pads ? I'm running 03 7700 calipers on my 98, ordered Yellows for a 02 Expy and they sent me 03's. Called them up, they said they don't have Yellows for my calipers. 03 Expy pads won't wont work, I need 02's. I had to order Expy pads because they don't make Yellows for my calipers. Is that BS?

Well, as it turned out, they don't make Yellows for the older Expy's as well. Was a big hassle.

EDIT: Crap maybe that wasn't you lol. Oh well.

Nope, I dont like EBC pads. I've used Greens and ED series. Currently using Wagner Thermaquiets in semi metallics.
