Can you fit a double din radio?

I will be doing this to my truck on Saturday because I am putting on a DVD player..
Remove metal bracket above radio. Cut out inner dash above the bracket, install, done...

I ordered my DVD player from the same company. I looked at all of the big names. The reason why I went with Kenwood was price, style, ease of use, etc. I played with it at Best Buy before I ordered.

I have an '03 Super Crew and I installed a JVC KW-NT3HDT double din nav unit using a Metra install kit and a lot of very careful cutting. It definitely took awhile, but the results looked pretty good. [Hopefully my pic uploaded properly!]
Not sure how similar the dash is between our year models, though.
