Can i roast tires?
I wanted to ask before I go try. There's no point in trying if my truck can't do it. It's a 5 speed manual transmission. I'm not talking about peeling out. I mean can I do an all out stand still smoke show on dry pavement? Let me know if it can be done with this engine before I waste my clutch trying and looking retarded.
Ik this is in the wrong section but I posted on the 4.2 section and nobody ever checks there

Well, BC, they're a bit tough, not as tasty as marshmallows, but ye can do it over a good hot fire. Heheheeee...
But, I'd say, if ye want to stay out of debt, pay off ye house (or get one), pay off ye truck, etc., I'd say stop roasting ye tires.

This thread reminds me of the kid last year that wanted to burn up his tires so his daddy would buy him a new set. Just sayin
Now that I think about it, that thread was a couple years ago

I'd be more embarrassed asking if my truck is capable of doing a brake stand on a forum than trying and not being able too.... Just sayin

There are so many variables, the only way we can know for sure if if you actually go try.
If you can't, your dingy is most likely on the smaller side. Roasting the tires is good for at least 3 inches. This is true. I can roast mine all day long.
