Cam choices with stock heads
 

Whats the biggest cam that can be installed in a stock 97 4.6?
i know pi cams will but are there any other cams i can get that the valve springs wont need to be changed?

I'd talk to mustang guys. They do way more internal engine stuff then the truck guys.
