Caltrend before and after pictures
I ordered seat covers for my 2002 f150 crew cab. I got the "I can't believe it's not leather" made by Caltrend but I actually purchased them through RealTruck.com
i have to say I am pleased how they turned out and they are nicer than expected. Paid about $180 for the front two bucket seats and installed in no more than 45 minutes.

The price and time invested is a win.
Your passenger seat and driver seatback can be saved and refinished it appears, and only replace the driver seat bottom, and keep your leather interior if you want.
My passenger seat bottom was about like yours....Maybe worse....deep cracks almost all way thru...A year later it still looks like new.
And my not so small wife rides in this seat all the time.
Ive repeated this many times
You can refinish the leather and plastic interior cheap...just get local paint shop to mix up SEM Surecoat Waterborne to match. They can put it in rattle cans.
Simple acrylic latex caulk makes excellent flexible filler
cracks can be repaired and strengthened with superglue. They will be a little hardness in that spot however.

I replaced driver bottom....$200
Refinished passenger bottom..$40
The paint shop did perfect match. Didnt have to do seatback. But easy enough if. Need to.
Wipe leather down with methanol, it dissolves old finish, it dulls it. No sanding needed. Tape off the vinyl at seam.
Spray the flexible SEM surecoaat waterborne. Its a new finish. Same sheen, etc. Perfect match. My steering was done that way too. Could kick myself for waiting so long. Too easy. Cant tell its not factory finish. Steering wheel was so bad, sticky decomposing finish, , I used a neoprene camo cover on it for a couple years. Knowing from experience that the covers with rubber inside would permanently indent the leather and ruin it.
When inside looks good, its a much more pleasureable vehicle to drive.

I have had them right at a month now and I can still say that I am pleased with them. I need to adjust the drivers side just a bit maybe but they have stayed 99% in place.
It definetly makes the truck nicer to drive and to give people a ride in.
I need to to find something to clean/ protect them with...any suggestions since they are a very matte vinyl material.
The matte looks very good. I think when leather or vinyl gets shiny that is a sign they are pretty dirty

I was embarassed to give a ride to coworker before...even though i know many people work cars are ratty.
fixing seats, steering wheel, painting oxidized door panels, dvd stereo with backup camera, and seat heaters made it ....totally different truck.
I love love love my seat heaters from nov-april
