After the rear cat chop the idle sounds perfect and you can hear a little rumble when you are cruising. It still don't have any annoying drone I don't get headaches or anything like that from it. The noise is easily cancled out with by the radio and with the radio off you can still have a conversation In the cab and not have to raise you voice. Now under acceleration it's pretty loud, it will turn heads sometimes. But it's still not obnoxiously loud. Now when you go full throttle it will ring you ears a little but that's expected. I also Deleated my rear o2s when I deleted the rear cats. I had MPT turn off the rear o2s so I have no CEL Heres an in cab video for you, alot of the noise in the video is caused by my tires and the wind but it gives you an idea of what it's like. I can get a start up and out of cab video if you like Magnapack and rear cat delete - 2000 f150 - YouTube
Looks like when I get my magnapack, I'll be chopping off the rear cats.

When I bought my truck 5.4 (stock exhaust) I could sneak up on Horton the elephant... Thing was silent... I immediately deleted the muffler and welded in pipe in its place... Sounded good, my girls father did the same on his wife's expy 5.4 which also sounds good... Years later (two years ago) I deleted the rear cats, Holy hell it was loud, just front cats and straight out the back... It was ridiculously loud and I needed a muffler bad but the shop was closed and I was pulled over the very next day and assured the officer that I thoroughly agreed it was obnoxious and told him victory speed shop was closed on the weekends and I just modded the exhaust the day before... He laughed and let me go after giving me crap about the height... He gave me the thumbsup next time I drove by em with a muffler... Sounds good now but I cheaped out on a thrush muffler just to shut it up a bit... I'll throw in something nicer when I feel the need... For now this keeps the cops at bay and sounds good...

I have got a warning from the cops once. But I was in a tunnel and popped it out of over drive so the rpms shot up. I didn't see the cop 2 cars behind me and he got me for loud exhaust when we got out of the tunnel. All he said was I need a bigger muffler and I need to go easier on the gas he was pretty cool

Quick question about removing my rear cats, would it be cheaper to take off the rear cats and muffler and then driving it to the exhaust shop or just taking out the muffler? And can I sell those cats?

I would cut your cats out personally and then take it in because most shops won't cut cats out because of epa etc. I chopped mine off and drove it to the shop and had them weld pipe in.
Right now I have rear cats removed into the stock y into a single in dual out flow 40 dumped. Good rumble in the cab, some drone sometimes but not enough to annoy you. This is temporary, gonna cut the muffler off for a while and see how I like itthen go
