Default A/C problem

I have a 97 f150 4.6 two wheel drive. Im having an issue with my a/c, it'll blow cold air when its at 1500 rpm plus, but at idle its warm air. Last year I replaced the compressor due to noise, but come to find out it was an idler pulley going bad. I have never had an issue with the ac before. Any suggestions on what to do? Should I recharge the system again, even tho it was done at the dealership after I replaced the compressor? I wouldn't think it lost pressure that fast. Could it be a possibility the ford tech didn't put the correct pressure in when they charged it? Thanks in advance!!!!

I never had this problem before, it always blew cold air at stops until I had the unit recharged.

You need to replace the orifice tube. While your at it replace the condenser, drier & flush all lines and evaporator. Add new oil. Evacuate the system and add new R134a. Your AC will work at that point.
