Replace with 5.4 lightning motor. Save time and money.

Yup. Go big or go home.

Or sell it and buy a Super Duty.

Honestly, there isn't one. You will spend thousands of dollars for minimal gains. It's not like an old choked up 80's push rod v8 where a few hundred dollars can gain you big power, these things pretty much make the most power they can make without doing some serious work to them. Dual exhaust, headers and an intake but that will run you $1500 right there for maybe 15 hp, maybe.

PI head swap and components and call it a day. Not cheap but good power adder.

^^^ At least our suggestions were decently realistic.

I'm going to guess that a person who says "I want to give her more juice, lol" and asks where to start does not have the knowledge, tools, time or money to take on a challenge like a turbo.

Yes but you know more than the basics and would not ask such a question.

I was going to reference you in my post. "IBD is a genius and has tons of dough, one of the few people up for the task".
