Default Bucket seat swap problem.......

I am currently in the middle of changing the bench seats in my truck for captain seats but i am stuck now. The T45 torx screws that bolt down the old seats belts are stuck and i have already gone thru (2) T45 torx bits trying to remove them. Any suggestions on how to get them loose?

Grind it off, torch it off, drill it out, weld on a nut, get a stronger torx bit? It's two bolts, come on, how hard can they be to remove.

Use a penetrating oil and take it out before trying to cut / drill it out. I usually do 5 sprays with 5 minutes in between.

x2 impact will allow oil to seep in and work its magic. Use any impact wrench with the oil first. And after you get them out remember to lube the bolts on the new seats to prevent this again.

Spray the bolts with fluid from underneath the truck. That is where the rust is.
