Brakes and leveling kit for a noob

Hey guys, I'm new to this forum and thought I would ask a few quick questions.

1. I have a '97 Ford f150 lariat 3 door, 2 wheel drive. Is that an extended cab or crew cab?

2. Do I have all wheel ABS or just front wheel ABS?

3. What replacement front rotors would you suggest? I am getting some serious shuddering when I brake and need to replace my rotors. I think they are warped pretty bad. Also, what pads would you suggest?

4. I was thinking of getting a leveling kit to raise the front end a few inches. What leveling kit would you guys suggest?

5. Do you guys have a good f150 junk yard website or parts web page I could hit up?

I think that is about it. Thanks for all the help in advance.

on the 4 wheel abs you could call the ford place and give them your vin and they can tell your for sure if you have abs or not. and if it was me on the rotors i would go ahead and get drilled and slotted rotors as far as pads its all preference lol they make cheap sets and they make expensive like the ceramic pads dont give off any dust
