New pads and rotors on. Bearings looked good, so didn't replace those. Cleaned everything up and greased all the contact points and float pins...not the pads though lol. Crawled under the dash and the brake pedal had some rust as well so hit it with some wd40 and worked it back and forth for awhile. Still sticks just enough to keep the brake lights on. Didn't see any sort of adjustment screw or anything. Not sure where to go from here

Surface rust on a rotor can appear very very quickly (an hour or two). I get it when I wash my vehicles and get the disc wet.

BTW, was your booster full of fluid? Which brake light are you saying is on? The dash or the rear brake lights?

No brake fluid in the booster. It's the rear brake lights that are on, but they do shut turn off if you pull the brake pedal all the way up. The dash light was originally on, but shut off after replacing the master cylinder.
