forgot one other thing if you still need to drive your truck until your new gears get to ur place you can always go to a parts store and buy the new bolts put some lock tight on them and reinstall them back onto that ring gear so you don't have to drive the truck in 4wh all the time and also one other thing with the last post buy the master rebuild kit with the gears the basic kit doesn't have new bearings and the new bolts for the ring gear with some kits anyways hope all that helps

night and day more like a week to week difference it woke my truck right up and yes go with 4.88s if your going to switch back and forth between 35s and 37s

And a buddy and I are going to do it. He geared his SAS ranger to 5.13's front and rear and he has done other gearing. I'm just going to do the rear for now until I can afford the front. Plus its that time of year I don't really need the 4wheel drive for a while

i've got the 4.6 too so your good
eh that is a questionable statement because technically speaking your driveshaft is only spinning if the transfer case is engaged
