You may consider Plastidipping your wheels as well. It's much easier than spray paint, and it will come off later. I do suggest you put on at least 3 or 4 coats though, as it makes it easier to peel off.

Visit a police auction and buy a crown vic. They'll have some black center caps.

you mean black wheels and chrome center caps? Haha or silver plastic covers?

I plastidipped (spray paint) my wheels. When i bought my truck, the wheels were stained really bad. I tried to buff, polish and even used steel wool to remove the stains, but nothing worked. They came out great and look way better.
