Default Biggest Tire Size w/ Stock 2wd

I wanted to see what the biggest tire size is that you can fit on a stock 2wd without rubbing. I want to put on 33's but don't know if they would fit properly without a lift.

265/75r16 is the biggest without rubbing, 285/75/r16(33's) will rub a little unless the front is leveled or lifted some

I have a front leveled SCREW with 285/75/16's and they rub the sway bar during a sharp turn. I'm probably going to remove the sway bar when I get around to it.

Default sorry, don't agree ....

I have well over 350,000 miles on 3 sets of Kuhmo 285-75R16 all terrain tires. They make a minor rubbing sound (against plastic inner wheel well splash guard) when at full lock. NO WEAR at all on the tires or chassis. Visit my profile page for a photo of the truck. That said, not all 285-75's are created equal!!! Yours may be bigger tires!!! Word of advice, while they will throw off your speedometer a tad (100 miles equals 91 on the clock) but the biggest down fall is stopping!!! Give yourself an extra 40 or 50 feet!!! The leverage difference on the brakes is significant!!
