Default best way to add low end?

any ideas to add more low end accel?
i have a 4.6l
and heres everything done to mine that could effect any type of anything:
-Gotts
-silencer delete
-k&N
-Flowmaster 40 series si/do

i thought about adding a throttle body spacer, but heard it was just a waste because of EFI,, i might be gettin the magnaflow high flow rear cats (mostly for sound) and i dont quite have the money to spend for a supercharger lol
