Default 97 brake/electrical issue

My f150 decided not to shift gears one day, had this issue before, repaired a bad terminal on my brake switch by the brake pedal. This time it didnt work, so shifted it while having the ignition on and got home. Then the truck had no brake lights either, all the fuses under the hood and under the dash were good. Replaced the brake switch with a new one, still no light and can not shift. Checked the wires going into the brake switch, no power. I figured one is a constant feed once the trucks running. Next i checked my brake fuse power and nothing. Where does the power feed the goes to under the dash fuse box come from? I need some help figuring this out. Ive rewired my brake switches source to my power locks feed undethe hood,it blows out every time i use the passanger door unlock button, fuses are being wasted.

Does the Switch that activates the Brake light have been replaced? Check if sensor connected on the Brake Master Cylinder has a blue sticker.

Switch replaced, the sensor on master cylinder is connected, #13 fuse that powers the switch, has no power feeding into it.
