Before I bite the bullet....
I want to make sure that 2 of the 94306 cats will work on my 1999 5.4l ....and that I will get no codes from them....so can some of yall chime in and say your opinion? Im prolly gonna order today if it will work.

I concur with your question.
everyone that ive talked to on here about that said you have to place the 02 sensor withiin like 2in from the cat and another 6in. but it should work and throw no codes. but I havnt done it and will go off of this threat do base my hypothesis...
