Default Battery drain

2003 f 150 4.6 38000 mi. starter drags and bearly starts after sitting all night. Battery and alternator checked out fine. If it’s been running it starts right up.

Check voltage when you park it at night and then again before starting in the morning. Hopefully you have a digital volt meter for an accurate comparison.

Perform a parasitic draw test on it. You'll know if you've got a circuit draining the battery.

Here is a good explanation of how to do it, and what to look for.

What White said. You can also use a test light instead of a meter. You will always have a dim light because of memory draws but if it is real bright, start pulling fuses and narrowing it down.
