I have put together a Parts List for replacing the Ball Joints on a 2003 SCrew, 5.4L 4x4.

-Front Right Inner: MOOG # ES3364T = $23.79
2.Ball Joints:
-Front Lowers: MOOG # K8695T = $24.79

3.Sway Bar Bushing: MOOG # K800077 = $10.71

I included #'s 3 & 4 because if I am taking the front end apart might as replace as many of the 2003 installed wear parts as possible. If someone see's a part # they dont agree with please let me know or if there is a part I am missing; I and others dont want to order the wrong parts...

Before you spend all the money, I'd check to make sure you need the tie rods first, not only are these a bit of a PITA but I have seen factory tie rods still good with little to no play in them.

Will I know if they are good or bad while they are still connected? i.e. walk outside right now and check for play...
