I'd love to do this one day but I need another form of reliable transportation before that day. Parts are so shiny!

I'll keep driving the truck up till I decide to swap the engine over to the 5.4. Even then my truck is lucky to see 400 miles a month and when it does, it's in the matter of a couple days.

Got the 5.4 pulled out of the spare truck and most of the way tore down today. Off to the machine shop soon.

All forged bottom end with a gt500 blower on top

Engine should be torn down by Friday night, wife has class tomorrow so I'm with the kids from the time I get off work till 11 tomorrow. By then it's bed time for all of us. As a side note, I do have a forged crank in it
