Default Bad squeaking

I have a 2000 f150 stepside 4x4 5speed v6. When I go over bumps or even just riding down the road it squeaks bad all around the truck.. Any ideas?

My '02 does that as well. I have crawled all underneath it and found no grease zerk's. I tried to soak everything in silicone spray and it did nothing. I am curious if there is a fix as well. '02 V6 XL Sport 4x4

Mine creaks and it is the bushings on the torsion bars. Silicone spray works for a few days.

bushings on the Stabilizer bar was what mine was as well. I went and bought new bushings for $7 a side at Autozone. Truck rides real quiet now.

You can easily tell what came off my truck and what was put on my truck.

Lower ball joints for me too. Lol my suggestion to y'all is if its squeaking look under it good, find the problem and fix it! I new it was my lower ball joints but I kept saying it will be fine I will get around to it. I didn't notice they were this bad till I started changing them! Yikes!
