thats good, i know how it feels to have a coolant leak and not be able to figure it out! my parts should be in tomorrow. had to order intake manifold gaskets, and a pipe you can only get from ford. it has to be pounded into the manifold. hopefully that goes easily and doesnt leak once i get it all reinstalled. I dont see why it cant just be a clamp on hose like all the others, but oh well.

Once you have that pipe installed inside the manifold and you have it where you want it, you can put a little bit of high temp JB weld around the outside of the pipe/manifold to seal it nice and tight

alright, finally got it back together. everything went great, then when i started it up one of the injectors started squirting gas onto the motor. i guess i chipped an o-ring when i put the fuel lines back on. fixed that this morning. also forgot to put a heat shield in the right place and melted a couple vacuum lines shut, but got that all taken care of too! its running rough at idle, but thats hopefully just the computer taking time to get used to cleaned up coils, injectors, air filter, MAF, no coolant leaking into the intake for the first time in a few months, and any leftover cleaner in the intake. the leak is fixed though!

edit* - had two vacuum lines mixed up. gosh dang.. running great now though!
