Automatic stalls sometimes after startup and put in drive.
Sometimes when I start my truck, and put it in drive, it'll just die. And it'll do it again an again. Never has done it in reverse. Doesn't always do it either. Would the vacuum system have something to do with this? I don't wana sound stupid but I think it could be a vacuum leak or constriction that causes my truck to die.
I can even start it, put it in neutral, rev it up to about 1200rpm or so and do a gear drop, "same procedure as if I were driving a manual" and it'll still die or come VERY close to dieing but come back to life. What causes this? Anyone else experience this?

My bet is on your IAC valve. I've seen the same symptoms before.

I think Ive heard it before. When I installed my intake, I had to take a baffle looking box from my stock intake and put it inline with hose on the new intake. The nose it made without the baffle on it was loud and obnoxious and it didn't quit it kept beeping or honking over and over it was going crazy.
This is a picture of the baffle that I'm talking about
