Default break issues

I have a 97 f-150 and I am having an issue with my front caliper/breaks ???? ….As I was driving home, the front left caliper/Piston began to overheat and I could smell the caliper pistons burning. ( one was singed ) Anyway, I replaced the caliper and took it for a test drive and I could smell it burning again, so I pulled over to check it, … my rim was extremely hot, so as it turns out I am having the same issue, ….pads are new, rotor is new, why is this continuing to happen?

There are threads about the flex lines restricting the reverse flow of oil back to the master cylinder causing calyper sticking. With vehicle jacked up, can you feel the release of the hydraulic pressure when brakes are released?
