I've been trying to find one for some time now. I've searched Google, searched through forums, emailed a bunch of people. I haven't had any luck. If you knows where we can get them it would be greatly appreciated if you would let us know.

Username 1999f1504x4 used to make inserts and so did another guy on here. After searching found out that the second guy no longer does but the 1999... Guy should his name is Kyle-can't remember his last name
