I have a Leer one. I really like it. Cannot beat the utility of a bed cap.

Yes it is, fits 1997 to 2003 flairside. I have not mounted it to my truck yet. But took the tape to it. And its a fit that way. Guy I got it from, had it on a 1999 4x4 just like mine. Inside has full carpet. All windows have screens, the front window had a sliding window. Has factory lighting inside LED's wired from the factory. Even has third brake light from the Factory.
As soon as I figure out how to remove the bed rails from the bed. I will be mounting it to my truck. If I like it, will keep it. If not it will go on ebay I guess.
Here's the rails I need off the truck. It had the toolbox in front of them.
