If your not following, confused, I'll make it easier, - your front wheel when straight, should have the same gap between the lower valence and tire as it does from lower wheel arch in the back of it. Like I said, it's bent at least 3". Hard to tell because you have the wheel turned lol.

So I went and had the new Coopers mounted. Of course the right front rubbed as expected. Not enough to worry about. I will clearance it this week end when I fix the sway bar end links. It only rubs when I am slowly backing out and turning the wheel hard. I think the truck would flip over if I turned the wheel sharp enough at high speed to make it rub,,,,lol.
You guys are definitely right about the bumper being bent. I took some measurements. The drivers side has roughly 3'' on each side of the tire. The passenger side that is rubbing has 3'' in the back and 2'' in the front.
So the mystery is solved.
Famous last words. "I'm not going to mess with the bumper in this cold weather. Maybe not at all."
Thanks for helping figure this out.
Passenger side.
Drivers side.
