any idea how to fix these problems?
Ok, first is I got a couple dents in my front bumper.

I was thinking about trying to smack em with a hammer. Doesn't matter if they're perfect as I'm gonna plastidip my front and rear bumper chrome then bedline so the liner will stick.
Next is my tow hook.

How do I straighten it up?

Edit: I don't mean that to sound harsh, but it sounds like you have more to worry about right now than some small dents in your bumper.

If you're that hard up for cash, do the responsible thing and just live with the dents, don't waste money on paint or vanity projects, and put some gas in your truck. I've been out of work before, and I dedicated 100% of my time and resources to finding a job. It's a lot more fun to fix up your truck when you actually have the money to do it.

Plus when I eventually start working again, i'll be working 80+ hour work weeks so I won't have time nor energy to work on my truck lol. I work as a welder building fireplaces and everything that goes with them, the face surrounds, doors, grates, tube heaters, etc so I'll be very busy lol.
And also that's why I put in there I was thinking about smacking the dents with a hammer (should've added from the backside) so I could do it for free and make it look decent.

chek youtube i seen video
hand held hair dryer and a can of cold air pop out a dent and they never touched
might work:
